Project management

The project management process ensures the needed conditions, organization and resources for the successful implementation of the project activities: organizational preparation for initiation of the project; building a team; establishing rules of work; conducting team trainings for managing and implementing projects under the NGO Support program.

Within the activity the planning, management and execution of the activities is conducted. Carrying out working meetings with the management team and the coordinators, responsible for the execution of the primary activities; additional alignment with the project partner; a schedule for reporting on the advancement of the implementation and the project’s results; a preliminary scheduled plan for recruiting and contracting with the experts, including the work meetings. Setting up internal assessment and criteria systems for achieving results, monitoring and control, including on behalf of the project manager and the coordinator; preparation of interim and final financial and narrative report in line with the requirements set.
