Development of a new employment method for people with mental illnesses through transferring Hungarian good practices applied by our partner “JOB Szemelyzeti Tanacsado Kft” and adapting them to local conditions:

– Inclusion of people with mental illnesses in the working force through highlighting the role of employers for implementing social functions;

– Research on the local context for lauching the innovations;

– Research on attitudes towards employment for people with mental illnesses;

– Research and analysis on environment through focus groups;

– Development of an employment model on the basis of practices transferred to the local context.
