Project management
Activity 7: Project management has been officially initiated.
The project management process secures all necessary conditions, organization and resources for a successful accomplisment of the project activities, including preliminary project preparation; building a team; establishing rules of work; training the organizational, management and implementation teams under the NGO support program; management planning and implementation of the activities. Carrying out a work meeting with the management team, together with the project coordinators; a detailed timeline for the project activities; coordinating project issues with the project partner; a project progress reporting schedule; a preliminary schedule for recruiment and contracting with experts and work meetings; Setting up a internal assessment and criteria system for result accomplishment; monitoring and control on behalf of the project manager and coordinator; preparation of an interm and final financial and narrative reports in line with the requirements set.
