Enhancing the organizational and financial sustainability of SPOC
The activity “Enhancing the organizational and financial sustainability of SPOC” has been done. During its implementation, the leaders of the both partner organizations, with exchange of practices and usage of the long-lasting experience and expertise of the Norwegian partner, have created a Strategic plan for an organizationally financial development of SPOC, which is implementable for other NGOs in the country. For the fulfillment of this activity, the Norwegian partner has synthesized and presented to SPOC the needed information.
