Adaptation and developing an innovative system against depression and suicide among employers and employees.
An innovative model for fighting depression and suicide will be developed. It is based on the specifics of the work positions and companies in Bulgaria.
The effective transfer of the partner’s approach „European Alliance Against Depression“ will be put into effect through real and actual data of the Bulgarian actuality and the specifics of the national legislation. We will research the professions where people are prone to burnout.
We will adapt our professional approaches through developing an innovative system, suitable for the Bulgarian specifics. The innovative system consists of a module for employed people and a module for employers. A handbook as well as a methodology will be developed for both of the system’s modules.
