School „SPOC“ is consisted of 17 interns, who assist the completion of the Association main activities. The organization conducts an internship program for students in Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs in leading universities around the country. The young people are trained in the field of the humanitarian science- political science, European studies, social policies, development and management of European projects, international relations; in the field of the social science- sociology, political studies, social activities, ethnology. The establishment goals of the „School SPOC“ are: to give the interns opportunity to acquire practical knowledge in a real work environment, to develop their social and organizational skills and to strengthen their personal development.
The young people, participating in „School SPOC“ and the internship program, are as well active participants in the initiatives and the activities of the organization and are members of SPOC’s program „Youth train youth“. The objective of the program is the exchange of knowledge among the interns and to encourage the interpersonal learning. The trainees, who have long been part of the organization, share their knowledge during their own practice in the association and tutor the advancement of the other participants, who are willing to informally improve their faculties.
